Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Egg for filling
- 2/3 cup(s) Light corn syrup
- 1-1/2 cup(s) Pecan Halves
- 2 Slightly beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) Sugar
- 1/3 cup(s) Sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) Sugar
- 1 Unbaked, 9" deep dish pie shell
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
Preparation
- Warm oven to 375. Combine first 4 ingredients in med size bowl. Using hand mixer, beat until light and fluffy. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Arrange pecan halves over cream cheese mixture. Glaze: Mix remaining eggs, sugar, corn syrup & vanilla, stirring well. Carefully pour over the pecans. If use regular pie shell, may have xtra glaze. Test for doness, may need to cook longer. Makes 1 pie.
