  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1 clove)
  • 2 (3/4-ounce) slices fat-free American cheese, quartered
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-calorie ketchup

How to Make It
