  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 package(s) cream cheese softened
  • 1 package(s) frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • chopped onions, to taste
  • 1/4 cup(s) mango chutney
  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Layer in saran-lined mold:
  2. 1. 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese,1/2 c. pecans,1/4 c. mayo, onions, to taste
  3. 2. spinach and 1 pkg. cream cheese
  4. 3. chutney, 1 pkg. cream cheese, nutmeg, onions and garlic, to taste
  5. 4. 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. pecans, 1/4 c. mayo, onion, to taste
