- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
How to Make It
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper; add cheese, mixing well.
Combine eggs, milk, and oil; mix well. Pour over top of cheese mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon mixture into greased miniature muffin pans, filling two-thirds full. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
