There was a funny taste to the crust; I think it was from all the non-stick spray. I used a chipotle pepper instead of the fresh jalapeno. My phyllo sheets didn't hang over the edge of my 9x13 casserole. No complaints there, though, since I didn't have to worry about making a rim. Guess I need to recheck the sizes of my phyllo and pan.
