Place cheese in a buttered 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Make 12 wells in cheese. Break one egg into each well.
Combine whipping cream and mustard in a small mixing bowl; stir well.
Spoon 2 teaspoons whipping cream mixture over each egg. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until eggs reach desired degree of doneness.
Note: This may be assembled and refrigerated a day ahead. Let come to room temperature before baking.
