Cheese muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 cup(s) Cheddar cheese Grated
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter Melted

Preparation

sift dry ingredients together. Stir in cheese until coated. Beat egg with milk. Stir into flour mixture until just blended. Add butter. Bake in greased muffin pan (12 big or 20-24 small) at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
