Mini Cheese-and-Jam Pastries
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) desired shredded cheese (such as Gouda, Jarlsberg, or Dubliner)
- 1 (1.9-oz.) package frozen mini-phyllo pastry shells
- Jam or jelly
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped mixed nuts
- Divide cheese among pastry shells. Spoon 1/2 tsp. desired jam or jelly into each shell. Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.
