Ingredients

  • 2 eggs- beaten
  • 3 slices of bread- torn
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup mix
  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard

Preparation

  1. • Preheat oven to 350°
  2. • Combine eggs, bread, milk, and soup mix in a large bowl
  3. • Add beef and cheese
  4. • Shape into loaf
  5. • Bake for 45 minutes
  6. • Combine sugar, ketchup, and mustard
  7. • Spoon over loaf and bake for 20-25 minutes
  8. • Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing
