Ingredients

  • 3 ounce(s) Cream cheese Soft
  • 1/2 cup(s) butter Soft
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 2 cup(s) powdered sugar sifted
  • 2.75 cup(s) flour
  • 3 teaspoon(s) cinnamin
  • 3 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup(s) canola oil
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 1.66 cup(s) Apple Sauce
  • 3 cup(s) carrots shredded
  • 1 cup(s) Golden Raisins
  • 1/2 cup(s) Nuts Chopped

Preparation

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients add sugar 1/2 cup at at time until smooth for frosting. ingredie

  2. Mix dry ingredients set aside.

  3. Mix next four ingredients. Add dry. then add apple sauce and carrots. Then add raisins and chopped nuts.
