- 3 ounce(s) Cream cheese Soft
- 1/2 cup(s) butter Soft
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
- 2 cup(s) powdered sugar sifted
- 2.75 cup(s) flour
- 3 teaspoon(s) cinnamin
- 3 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup(s) canola oil
- 2 cup(s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
- 1.66 cup(s) Apple Sauce
- 3 cup(s) carrots shredded
- 1 cup(s) Golden Raisins
- 1/2 cup(s) Nuts Chopped
Preparation
- Mix first 3 ingredients add sugar 1/2 cup at at time until smooth for frosting. ingredie
- Mix dry ingredients set aside.
- Mix next four ingredients. Add dry. then add apple sauce and carrots. Then add raisins and chopped nuts.
