Cheese-Apple Pie

Yield one 9- inch pie

Ingredients

  • 5 cups thinly sliced, unpeeled cooking apples
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • Cheese Pastry
  • Streusel Topping

How to Make It

  1. Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.

  2. Spoon filling evenly into Cheese Pastry shell, and sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
