Cheese-Apple Pie

5 cups thinly sliced, unpeeled cooking apples
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of salt


Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.

Spoon filling evenly into Cheese Pastry shell, and sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
