- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a skillet, whisking constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer, whisking often, 5 minutes. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Serve over biscuits, toast, or cornbread.
