Use foil in the bottom of the broiler pan to make cleanup easy.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°.

Step 2

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 40 minutes or until sauce measures 1 cup, stirring often.

Step 3

Place chicken on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Step 4

Preheat broiler.

Step 5

Turn chicken; brush with 1/3 cup sauce. Broil 3 minutes. Repeat procedure 2 times or until glazed.
