Charred tomato dressing

This is a wonderful dressing that can go on salads and protiens

  • 3 tomatoes charred over open flame
  • 1/2 cup(s) cider vingar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) agave nectar
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1 cup(s) olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. After charring tomatoes over and open flame (and I mean CHAR) add all the ingredients to a blender. Mix over medium speed. Once incorporated slowly add oil at a medium to medium high blending speed till mixture is emulsified and all oil has been added. Add salt and pepper to taste
