I liked it. I reduced the cilantro,ginger,lemon juice, cumin,coriander and cayenne by half. easy recipe and adds something unexpected
Charmoula Mayonnaise
This herbaceous mayo goes on our Turkey Sandwiches with Caramelized Onions and Charmoula Mayo. Prep Time: about 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro
- 1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley sprigs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients and whirl until smooth.
