Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley sprigs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients and whirl until smooth.
