This herbaceous mayo goes on our Turkey Sandwiches with Caramelized Onions and Charmoula Mayo. Prep Time: about 20 minutes.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro
1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley sprigs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Preparation

In a food processor, combine all ingredients and whirl until smooth.
