5 tablespoons loose-leaf chai tea (such as Rishi)
3 cups boiling water
2 cups sugar
How to Make It
Place tea in a medium bowl; stir in 3 cups boiling water. Cover and let stand 6 minutes. Strain tea through a cheesecloth-lined sieve into a bowl; discard solids. Add sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.
