Good flavor terrible texture. I was thinking of using these flavors with the white chocolate lemmon biscotti minus the lemmon. I love the texture of that recipe.

As strickly a personal choice, I prefer more texture in my Biscotti. With that being said, this was a very good recipe. The loose tea as an ingredient was a surprise, but definately added alot to the flavor. I did add another tablespoon of Triple Sec to my mixture, making it a total of two. The ultimate texture was perfect...not too hard or soft, and perfectly crispy. I will make this again.

Excellent biscotti, perfect texture. Of all the biscottis I've made, this one puffs up the most so I might flatten it a bit more next time. Didn't have triple sec so used fresh orange juice.
