How to Make It

Step 1

Stir crushed candy into ice cream in a large bowl. Cover and freeze until ready to use.

Step 2

Combine rice cereal squares and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until well blended. Press 3 1/2 cups cereal mixture in bottom of a 13 x 9–inch metal baking pan coated with cooking spray.

Step 3

Spread softened ice-cream mixture over cereal mixture; top evenly with remaining cereal mixture. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into bars.
