The flavor of this recipe is great! It's a nice twist on traditional rice krispie treats with the added bonus of granola in the mix. I had a little trouble getting mine to work into the apple shape, so I just did them in a pan and spread the melted chocolate on top. If I had had more time (and less small children!!) I might could have worked a little more at shaping them- but they were GREAT as bars! We took them as a treat for my son's preschool class on his 4th b'day.
