Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley
