Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound smoked bluefish
  • 1/2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Garnishes: fresh lime zest, freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Remove skin and bones from bluefish. Process fish in food processor until finely chopped. Add cream cheese and next 3 ingredients; process until smooth. Cover and chill thoroughly; garnish, if desired.
