- 1/2 pound smoked bluefish
- 1/2 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Garnishes: fresh lime zest, freshly ground pepper
How to Make It
Remove skin and bones from bluefish. Process fish in food processor until finely chopped. Add cream cheese and next 3 ingredients; process until smooth. Cover and chill thoroughly; garnish, if desired.
