Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cup(s) cauliflower florets, baby gold potatoes and/or carrots coarsley c
  • 2 ounce(s) semisoft cheese with garlic and herb

Preparation

Place veggies in dutch oven and cover with salted water. Boil 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain the water reserving some liquid. Using a potato masher, smash vegetables until desired consistency adding reserved water as needed. Stir in cheese and salt and pepper to taste. cover and keep warm
