Cauliflower A La Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vinegar

Preparation

  1. Wash cauliflower; place cauliflower and water to cover in a small Dutch oven. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
  2. Transfer cauliflower to a serving plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. To serve, break into floweret's, and dip in vinegar.
