Cauliflower Hummus with Green Olives

Try a unique twist on our classic hummus recipe using cauliflower florets as the key ingredient. Before serivng, top hummus with 1 tablespoon cauliflower and olives for a beautiful presentation that's sure to impress guests.


  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Easy Hummus
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pitted Castelvetrano olives

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 450°. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet; bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until tender, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Add cauliflower to food processor with Easy Hummus, reserving 1 tablespoon cauliflower; process until smooth. Top hummus with reserved 1 tablespoon cauliflower and olives.
