Cauliflower in Browned Butter
Yield: Makes 4 to 6 servings
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- Heat 1/4 cup butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add 1 head cauliflower, separated into florets and cooked; 1 to 2 teaspoons roasted minced garlic; and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook, stirring gently, 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
