This is good. It would taste better with some more spice, but then, I like things hot. It is simple to make, though you should be careful not to overcook the califlower.

The cider reduction absolutely makes this dish. Next time I'll reduce 2 cups. Used frozen cauliflower, microwaved it to thaw it and then proceeded with the recipie. Added extra salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Could have used a bit more curry powder, but perhaps mine is a bit old. I would make this again for sure

Great soup! I used curry powder from an Indian grocery shop, and it was nice and spicy.

A very yummy soup. Made partway (through the pureeing step) and froze. Then just thawed and continued. I liked the level of curry flavor but wanted more heat, so I added some hot chili oil. We enjoyed this with a side of cornbread.

Lovely soup! My husband is not a big fan of cauliflower, but he liked it. The dominant taste of cauliflower in cauliflower soups was missing a bit, to its benefit. The spices and cider nicely blended together in the soup. I will definitely make this again, and would serve it to guests, too.
