- 2 eggs
- mozzarella cheese
- Mix eggs (Always use 2 eggs, not 3)
- Pour eggs into pan
- While cooking, use wooden spoon to hold the already cooked egg, then, tilt pan so that the uncooked egg moves to an empty space in the pan.
- Add ingredients while cooking, but never add milk, that's a mistake.
