Cashew Chicken

A very easy and flavorful dish served over rice.

  • 4 Boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 whole(s) large green pepper, cut in strips
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup(s) oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) whole, unsalted cashews


  1. Add oil to large stir fry pan over med high heat, add chicken, stir fry until no longer pink. Add 1/2 of oyster sauce, onioins, and sugar. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add remaining oyster sauce, green pepper, and cashews. Stir fry until peppers are tender but not soft. Serve over rice. Enjoy.
