- 1 pound carrots, diagonally sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
How to Make It
Cook first 5 ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, 20 minutes or until carrot is tender.
Remove from heat; stir in honey and remaining ingredients.
