    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I don't even like carrots and I loved this! I made it on the recommendation of a friend and served at our Thanksgiving dinner. It was a huge hit! Everyone loved it. Super easy to make. Only adjustment I made was cooked it for 60 minutes then topped it and let it sit. Delicious!
