Ingredients

3/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until almost smooth.
