  • 1 pound(s) carrots (about 5 or 6 large peeled and cut into 4-inch by 1/4-inch sticks
  • 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & SeasoningMix
  • vegetable cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In large bowl, combine carrots with olive oil, cornstarch and Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix. Toss until well coated.
  2. Spray a pan generously with cooking spray. Arrange carrots in single layer on pan; bake 235 to 30 minutes or until crispy.
