How to Make It

Simmer 1 cup chopped carrots in a saucepan of water for 30 minutes or until tender; drain. Add carrots, olive oil, salt, cumin, brown sugar, and black pepper to food processor with Easy Hummus; process until smooth. Top hummus with almonds, shredded carrot, parsley, and paprika.
