There's a bit too much dressing and it doesn't keep very well due to the cucumber so make what you need for your meal. Pairs wonderfully with (chicken) fried rice.

As the other revier said, there IS too much dressing. The flavor was fantastic though, so I am deff. making it again with a bit less of the dressing. Won't be too hard to make it a staple.
