  • 1.25-1.5 cup(s) Oil
  • 2 cup(s) Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) Flour
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 3 cup(s) Carrots grated

Preparation

  1. Blend oil, sugar add eggs, dry ingredients. Add carrots.
  2. Set oven to 250 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes.

  3. Frosting:
  4. 1 stick of Margarine
  5. 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  6. One box powdered sugar
  7. 2 tsp. vanilla
  8. 1 cup picanes
