Carrot-Apple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 cup nonfat plain or vanilla Greek-style yogurt

Preparation

In a blender, combine carrot juice, apple sauce and yogurt. Blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
