- 2/3 cup of cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 6 TBSP Green Onion
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 package frozen shrimp
- Combine ingredients, let sit for a few hours. Save some for dipping sauce. Marinade shrimp in remainder. Grill, basting shrimp with marinade.
