- 4 cup(s) sugar
- 2 stick(s) butter
- 2 cup(s) light Karo Syrup
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 2 can(s) large evaporated milk
- Mix butter in heavy sauce pan. Stir in sugar and Karo syrup, cook over medium heat to full boil. Add milk a little at a time so mixture never stops boiling.
- Stir constantly with wooden spoon. Cook to firm ball stage abut 250º. Add vanilla and nuts if d43esired. Pour nto butterend jelly roll pan or 9 X 13. Cook, cut and wrap.
