4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet and 1/4 cup mango sauce)

Tilapia (teh-LAH-pee-uh) is a farm-raised white fish with a delicate texture and sweet flavor.

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in a food processor, and process until minced. Add mango and next 4 ingredients; process until smooth. Place mango mixture and fish in a zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes. Remove fish from bag, reserving marinade. Pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 2

Prepare grill or broiler.

Step 3

Sprinkle fish with salt. Place fish on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with mango sauce.
