Caribbean Jerk Rémoulade Sauce
Yield: Makes 1 1/3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup capers, drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
- Whisk together mayonnaise, red bell pepper, cilantro, capers, garlic, Caribbean jerk seasoning, olive oil, Creole mustard, chili sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
