Caribbean Jerk Rémoulade Sauce

1 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup capers, drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Caribbean jerk seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Creole mustard
1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Whisk together mayonnaise, red bell pepper, cilantro, capers, garlic, Caribbean jerk seasoning, olive oil, Creole mustard, chili sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
