  • 1/2 pound(s) haddock fillets
  • 1 teaspoon(s) butter
  • 1 small orange peeled, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) parsley minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cinammon


  1. 1. melt butter in micro-wave proof dish
  2. 2. combine ingredients except haddock in bowl
  3. 3. coat fillets in the mixture, place in dish with butter
  4. 4. cover in plastic, turning back one corner
  5. 5. microwave on high 4-6 minutes till flish flakes with fork
  6. 6. let stand 1-2 minutes
