- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (9.75-oz.) container whole natural almonds (with skin, about 2 cups)
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Wax paper
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Heat butter in an 8-inch cake pan in oven 3 to 4 minutes or until melted; stir in nuts, orange zest, seasoning, and salt.
- 2. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Arrange almonds in a single layer on wax paper, and let cool completely (about 40 minutes). Store in an airtight container.
