Yield 2 cheese mounds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter, softened
  • 4 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons paprika

How to Make It

  1. Combine butter and cream cheese, beating until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients, blending well. Divide mixture in half, and mound each onto serving plate. Serve with assorted crackers.
