Melt butter in a microwave safe dish. Mix all of the remaining ingredients, except for the vanilla, into the melted butter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave on high for 12 more minutes, stirring every two minutes. Remove from microwave and add 1 t. vanilla. Pour into an 8x8 pan. Wait 20 minutes then cut with scissors. Wrap in square foils.
