Caramelized Pear and Sage Crostini

Excellent! Easy to make and an interesting mix of flavors. I am not a blue cheese fan, so I used Maytag Blue because it is milder and it was a great contrast to the sweet pears. Will definitely make again.

Ehhh...this was really just okay. I made this because of the high reviews but just found the flavor profile to be very uninteresting. With so many other fantastic recipes out there, I doubt I would try this again.
