Ingredients

  • 2 none large sweet onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Cook diced onion and sugar in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 20 minutes or until onion is caramel colored. Stir in balsamic vinegar.
