Made this dip for our supper club a few months ago and it was very well received. It had a ton of flavor and was very simple to make. I would definitely make it again. Went very well with Stacey's naked pita chips.

This was fabulous. I made it for a party full of foodie people and everyone loved it. I added a dash extra of worchestire. At most it could use a little zing. Maybe some chili powder? Just don't skimp on the time for carmelizing onions, it takes atleast a 1/2 hour

super good - took liberties with this after I followed the recipe the first time. Its excellent with some grated swiss cheese and I doubled the onions. I have even baked this in a bread bowl for a hot appetizer.

I think this is the best onion dip I've ever had (low fat or no). YUM!

Very good. Took longer than 20 minutes to properly caramelize the onions, and the final product does need to 'meld' overnight for the flavor to develop.. but the wait is definitely worth it. A 'keeper' that will be made again and again.

Took 45 minutes (not 20) for the onions to properly caramelize, but the wait was well worth it. Excellent dip.

Altho I realize caramelizing the onions will sweeten them, this dip was just too sweet for our tastes. Won't be making this one again. :(
